RETURNS + EXCHANGES

we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. note that all deliveries are prepared and packaged by the artist, and shipped via our shipping partner. by using this platform, you are in agreement that:

casualsex.store shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration of any goods and as such we emphasise that it is the sole responsibility of the artist/sender to:
• package goods for transportation and ensure that all goods are adequately packaged to withstand the ordinary incidents of transit risk and normal rigours of road transportation: our courier partner may supply a container to the artist/sender wherein which to place the goods.
• adequately and clearly address each consignment to enable effective delivery thereof.

casualsex.store is not liable for the damages incurred by poorly prepared packages/artist defects/shipping failures. however, we care about the experience of those using this platform, and it means a great deal should people support both the platform and the artists; therefore, we are committed to helping both buyer and artist throughout the process of resolving any issues that should come up.

if for any reason you are not satisfied with what you receive, we will put you in direct contact with the artist, and help all along the way in bringing you total satisfaction. 

used goods cannot be returned unless defective. returned items must include the original packaging and tags and must be in the same condition in which it was received. our assistance is totally free [we are on your and the artist's side] and we will be happy to help you. the goods must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase/order number.

UPON RECEIVING OF RETURNED ITEM/S BY ARTIST 

once your return is received and inspected, the artist should communicate with you to notify you that they have received your returned item. they will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, as will we.
if the returned items are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
