A painting reworked. Majority of the painting had been finished in mid2022 but it always felt incomplete. The inspiration to revisit it had brought me back to change the message behind the painting.
Originally it was one of longing and attachment. Now the threads are like more like telegram wires, bringing important information to Day. The needles are the multiple passions, each painstakingly driven into her skull.
